Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at NAMESITE. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before submitting a request.

Return Period

Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. All return shipments must be sent back to us within this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in their original condition, with all tags still attached and suitable for resale. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Bundle Purchases

All our products are sold in bundles. The following conditions apply:

To receive a full refund, all items in the bundle must be returned together.

Partial bundle returns do not qualify for a monetary refund. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.

If you wish to exchange a specific item within a bundle, return only that item and we will send you the same product. 

Please indicate your exchange request clearly when registering the return.

Note: If one item in a bundle arrives damaged or defective, you are not required to return the entire bundle. Contact our customer service team with a photo of the issue and we will take care of it.

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for a monetary refund. If a sale item arrives damaged or defective, it will be replaced with the same product. Contact our customer service team with a photo of the defect to arrange the replacement.

Return Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Costs depend on the courier and the country of origin of the return.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse. You can monitor delivery using the tracking number provided with your return shipment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges: If you requested an exchange when registering your return, we will start processing it as soon as your shipment is on its way.

FAQ

What if the item I want in exchange is out of stock?

Contact our customer service team. We will update you on restocking times or find an alternative solution together.

Where do I find my order number?

Your order number is in the confirmation email you received after purchase. It is a five-digit code. If you can’t find the email, our customer service team will be happy to help.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Send an email to info@NAMESITE.com with a clear photo of the damage or defect. 

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Can I return an order after 30 days?

If returning within the standard window is not possible, please contact us before the deadline. In exceptional cases we may offer an exchange or store credit. Refunds cannot be guaranteed beyond the 30-day period.
